James studied Biobehavioral Health at Penn State University and is NASM Certified. He is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and holds a Postural Respiration Certification, specializing in an Integrated Approach to the Treatment of Patterned Thoraco-Abdominal Pathomechanics. 

With his love for track and field, particularly the 4x400 meter relay. Some of his fondest memories involve rounding that second turn and overtaking competitors. For him, exercise became an outlet for self-expression, leading to a lifelong commitment to fitness. The community at Platinum has played a significant role in shaping his journey.

He believes the key to long-term fitness success lies in simplicity and efficiency. By focusing on these principles, he builds a foundation for consistency, enabling clients to achieve lasting results without unnecessary complexity. His programs aim to optimize neuromuscular efficiency, joint stability, and metabolic function, ensuring that every movement is purposeful and aligned with the body’s natural mechanics.
