FOUNDATION TRAINING

Foundation Training offers a straightforward solution to transform the way you move and correct the imbalances created by modern habits. Through a series of postures, poses, and movements, it activates your posterior muscle chain, stabilizes the hips, decompresses the spine, and shifts the burden of supporting your body from your joints to your muscles.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Small group Circuit Training at Platinum, where we emphasize proper movement technique, overall fitness, and recovery. It’s an excellent way to embrace the Platinum philosophy at an affordable price. Join us on our expansive turf-covered “backyard” for strength, power, and plyometric training, or enjoy our ocean-view cardio room. Our cardio room features top-of-the-line machines, including the Versa Climber, Concept 2 SkiErg, AeroDyne bike, premium treadmills, and a variety of ellipticals and bikes.

In our Men's Circuit training classes, participants are grouped into small teams of three to four, promoting teamwork and camaraderie. Each group rotates through a series of stations, completing a circuit of 4-5 exercises for 3-4 rounds. This format ensures a well-rounded workout that targets different muscle groups and supports overall fitness. Instructors closely monitor each circuit to ensure proper form and safety. At the end of the session, participants finish with a cardio segment designed to boost endurance and leave them energized as they wrap up the hour.

In our Beginner Strength Training program for pre-teens, we focus on teaching the fundamental movement patterns essential for physical development and safety. Kids learn key movements like hinging, squatting, pushing, and pulling, with a strong emphasis on proper form and mechanics. By prioritizing core stability, we help them understand how to engage and stabilize their bodies, enabling them to perform functional movements safely and effectively. This foundational training not only builds strength but also fosters confidence and encourages a lifelong appreciation for fitness.

INTERMEDIATE ATHLETE TRAINING

The Intermediate Athlete Group Training primarily consists of high school students dedicated to improving their physical performance. These athletes engage in challenging strength training sessions alongside sport-specific exercises aimed at enhancing explosiveness, rotational power, and plyometric capabilities. With a strong emphasis on proper form, our coaches closely monitor each participant to ensure they develop strength and skill in a safe and effective manner. ADVANCED ATHLETIC TRAINING

GROUP TRAINING FOR HS VARSITY, COLLEGE, PRO-LEVEL

Our Advanced Athletic Group Training is designed for athletes with several years of strength training experience who are looking to refine their mechanics and boost power and speed for their sport. The program includes a variety of complex exercises across compound lifts, plyometrics, cardio, and mobility training. Athletes in this class are typically at the high school varsity, collegiate, or professional level, and are focused on pushing their performance to the highest level.
