TOMMY JEW
Tommy excelled in baseball at UC Santa Barbara, earning All-Conference honors three times and becoming a conference champion in his senior year. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistical Science and Applied Mathematics and was subsequently drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 13th round, where he spent four years in the minor leagues.
Throughout his career, Tommy has trained with some of the top strength coaches in the country, including Eric Schmitt, head strength coach for the Memphis Grizzlies; Tom Fitzsimons, lead performance coach at P3 Performance in Atlanta; and Peter Park, owner of Platinum Fitness Summerland. With a decade of high-level training experience as both an athlete and trainer at collegiate and professional levels, Tommy has participated in numerous strength and rehabilitation programs.
He firmly believes in the value of building a strong foundation and mastering fundamental movements. To him, perfecting these exercises and the accompanying sensations creates a lasting impact, no matter the path one chooses to follow.
